Hey y’all! I’m back with the first REAL episode of the series. Today I’ll be reviewing the nosebleed seats at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.
Shoutout OC gang!
I’m literally so excited for OC Vibe to be done! That area is about to be so cute.
Right of the bat, free parking = a score on the higher end of the scale. Plus it’s in a structure that’s a quick 3 minute walk from the venue. I will say construction right now makes the sidewalk trek a bit precarious, and our exit took so long that we did not make it in time to get Joe’s Italian Ice afterwards, so womp womp :/ But I digress.
The Honda Center has 4 levels. I highly recommend heading up to another level if you want t avoid long lines for merch or the restrooms. Speaking of which, the restrooms are really nice! They put decals on the mirrors with song lyrics which made for cute selfies. The bathroom stalls themselves were roomy and featured two door hooks, a flat trash can, AND a bonus cupholder that I did not expect but might be a pleasant surprise if you accidentally brought a drink inside.
We were in section 405. I usually always try to grab aisle seats if they are available, and good thing I did. The seats were quite cozy. Elbows are for sure touching the person next to you, but I also felt lie my knees were about to hit the seat in front of me as well, so tall people be warned. You do get a cupholder, but because it is tighter, I wish the cupholder was in front of me on the seat ahead instead of in the armrest. We didn’t have drinks either us this time, but I think there is definitely a risk of spilling if your section crowd is super lively.
We were slightly off center to the left, some did have some slight obstruction of the central screen view, but it wasn’t significant enough to take away from the visuals. We were however, too far back for our iPhones ( iPhone 15 and 16s ) to scan the QR code to vote for the secret song, so we needed to get a picture airdropped from someone around us. Not sure if interactive screen activities are a part of most concerts, but just a heads up that it may be a bit harder to do so from these seats so maybe scan the screen on a lower level before heading up to your specific seat.
The view itself was amazing tho! We went to see 5 Seconds of Summer’s Everyone’s A Star tour, and their stage was really cool. It had a central pink limousine that the band came out of and the guys walked around a circular runway that created a cool extended stage. They even walked through the crowd at one point, and you could see it all from up there. It could be that the show was just super amazing and 5SOS are one of my favorite artists, but I had a great time up there! So much so, that I think these seats have earned a solid 4 stars and overall score of 8/10.
Would def grab a nosebleed seat here again!
